Our purpose is to keep children constantly aware of the Gospel and how it relates to their lives.
Sunday School is a time primarily focused upon teaching children Bible content for the purpose of increasing their overall knowledge of the Bible. Children ages 2 years through 6th grade participate each Sunday morning.
This ministry is designed to teach children character principles for their daily lives as they grow in the Lord. This teaching includes a regular presentation of the gospel. Children ages 1st-6th grade can attend Junior Church, and children four years old through kindergarten can attend Beginner Church.
Adventure Kids seeks to teach children principles of Scripture much of the same way Jesus did - while hiking. Our kids hike the beautiful hill on our property (it is a very easy hike), and at the top, they sit around a camp fire and focus on one principle from Scripture. Besides the bright orange shirts they wear, this is one of the coolest ministries we have.
We provide care for children 0-3 years on Sundays, Wednesdays, and some special services.
During the AM Sunday service the children in 2's and 3's have a structured time rather than just a daycare setting.
Each Wednesday children have the opportunity to participate in fun games and earn awards through the memorization of biblical truths. Kids4Truth runs from mid-August through May and serves as the backbone of our children's ministry. Children ages 3 through 6th grade may participate.
Vacation Bible School
Each summer VBS provides children an opportunity for intense and fun learning of the Bible. The gospel is clearly presented several times to each child throughout the course of the week. Children ages 4 - 6th grade may participate.
Summer Bible Club
Our summer Wednesday evening kids program builds on the themes and emphases of Vacation Bible School, giving the children an extended introduction to gospel truth. Children ages 1st-6th grade may participate. Children age 3 - kindergarten have their own separate PeeWee Club during the summer.
